Thank you for purchasing from Seattle’s Tall Ship! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Sailing Refund and Returns:
Return and Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling Public Sails: Guests may reschedule their tickets for public sails up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancelling Public Sails: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations by Seattle’s Tall Ship: We reserve the right to cancel any sail due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will have the option to reschedule, receive company credit, or request a full refund. If a private charter is canceled by Seattle’s Tall Ship, a full refund will be provided.
- Private Charter Cancellation Policy: Private charters must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure to qualify for a full refund. Please note that catering arrangements made through third-party vendors are not covered under our refund policy.

Refund and Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a printing defect, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. To qualify:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged item along with your order details.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review your order and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
- Incorrect sizing based on customer choice. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.
- Products lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a request, please email our customer service team at info@seattlesailingship.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the product showing the defect or damage.
Our team will review your request and respond promptly with next steps.
Shipping Costs
For eligible refunds or replacements, shipping costs will be covered by us. For non-eligible cases, customers are responsible for any shipping fees.
